All of our therapists are trained in muscle energy techniques to aide the body in regaining balance, functional mobility and endurance to resume normalcy. It is a systematic process of aligning the body to enhance circulation to create symmetry and decrease the affects of the aging process.

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which cups are placed on the skin to create suction. A partial vacuum is created which draws up the underlying tissues to create blood stasis, and localized healing takes place. Cupping is beneficial where there is dead, static blood, lymph, cellular debris, and toxins. Cups mobilize blood flow allowing fresh oxygenated blood to nourish and heal the fibrotic tissue.

The health benefits of a 30 minute ionic detox are well known and their unique properties are what make an ionic foot bath detox so effective. A low level direct current delivered through an array splits the water into molecules (ionization). This creates positive and negative ions, which travel and negate free radicals, causing the body to excrete toxins via liver, kidneys, bowels, and skin. The circulatory and lymphatic systems transport the ions throughout the body. The ions from the bio-charged arrays, neutralize oppositely charged toxins in the cells that are normally slow to exit the body. In this way, all the body's organs can become energized and stimulated to function optimally. The body then rids itself of these toxins through its normal processes of urination, defecation and sweating.
